PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass run excellent in external appearance, sealing and mounting. SOLUTION: This glass run 10 consists of a skeleton part 2 of nearly U-shape cross section, a vehicle outside seal lip part 3 protruded inward from the tip part of a vehicle outside side wall part 2a forming a part of the skeleton part 2, and a vehicle inside seal lip part 4 protruded opposedly to the vehicle outside seal lip part 3 from the tip part of a vehicle inside side wall part 2b forming a part of the skeleton part 2. The vehicle inside side wall part 2b is provided with an opening part 5 in the cross direction of a bent corner part Rb and previously molded in the state of being opened toward the exterior side with a specified expansion angle θ. Flexural rigidity in an area of the bent corner part Rb in the vehicle inside seal lip part 4 and the vehicle inside side wall part 2b relatively thick-walled and large in volume is remarkably reduced by the opening part 5 so as to suppress irregular deformation impairing sealing at and around the inner periphery of the bent corner part Rb. |
