<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection device for a different type of receptacle which can reliably detect a different type of receptacle with a high carrying speed. SOLUTION: A pair of display reading means 3, 4 are provided on both sides of a carrying path 2 of a receptacle W. The display reading means 3,4 read a display designating the identification information of the receptacle W in a reading region (x). Detection means for detecting a different type of receptacle from the information read-out by the display reading means 3, 4 is provided. Forced-rotating and carrying means 5 for half rotating and carrying the receptacle W at a predetermined speed in the reading region (x) of the carrying path 2.</p> |
