PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a synchronous drive transmission shaft by integratedly forming a whirl-stop projecting part engaged with a rotor on the optional position of the outer circumferential part of a synchronous drive transmission shaft fitted to the shaft end part of a rotor such as gear, pulley, or roller. SOLUTION: A synchronous drive transmission shaft 4 is inserted into a groove 52 formed in a roller 51 as a rotor from the direction of the arrow mark I, and by locking the projecting part 21 of the synchronous drive transmission shaft 4 to the groove 52, the synchronous drive transmission shaft 4 is fixed to the roller 51. Such whirl-stop projecting part 21 is integratedly formed with press dies. The used press dies are equipped with square punches, the dies of which the upper die and the lower die are in the same construction are used, and by projecting the square punches from upper/lower punch guide plates after setting the synchronous drive transmission shaft 4 in the groove of a lower punch guide plate, an accurate projecting part 21 is formed on the optional position of the synchronous drive transmission shaft 4. |
