And the present day is compared with a prize valid time limit that is calculated from an acquired use day -a payment time limit + a prizewinner valid time limit from a timer 20. In such cases, information that gives the right of a facility use right is selected from a reservation application information set group that is inputted by a facility reservation applicant, and prize notification information is outputted with it as reservation prize information. Also, when reservation prize information becomes invalid, the right is erased, a prize right is given to a substitute orizewinner and prize notification information is outputted by selecting substitute prize information. |
