<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin and inexpensive tablet device with fewer numbers by reducing the number of layers in a tablet input plate, the number of members and the number of work processes and also executing a facilitation. SOLUTION: Thin and square-shaped electrodes Xi (i=1-N) extended in an Y-axis direction are arrayed on one surface of the tablet input plate 2 in an X-axis direction at equal intervals. The respective square electrodes Xi are bisected by a slight interval along one diagonal line and the first electrodes X11 , X12 ,... and X1 N which are gradually widened in width in the Y-axis positive direction and the second electrodes X21 , X22 ,... and X2 N which are gradually widened in width in the Y-axis negative direction are formed. An input pen is electrostatically connected as against the first electrodes X1i (i=1-N) and the second electrodes X2i (i=1-N). The X and Y coordinate positions on the tablet input plate of the input pen are measured by the detection outputs of the input pen against the respective voltages of the first electrodes X1i and the second electrodes X2i .</p> |
