PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously and automatically transmit ordering data of different contents to plural opposite parties by sorting ordering data recorded in an internal storing device according to a previously designated category including the presence/absence of the description of the FAX number of a transmitting destination and tabulating them. SOLUTION: After rearranging ordering data in a previously designated order and executing the sorting of product names and the tabulation of a quantity and a money amount, CPU sorts ordering data into data recording the FAX number of the transmitting destination and data not recording the FAX number of the transmitting destination to copy to separate files. At the same time, data recording the FAX number of the transmitting destination and data not recording the FAX number of the transmitting destination are respectively outputted to output means such as printers. Next, sorted and tabulated data recording the FAX number of the transmitting destination is converted to transmitting data of a text style and stored in the internal storing device as different files for each transmitting destination. |
