PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect various terminals through a device that corresponds to different lines and to maintain the transmission characteristics of a transmission line by successively identifying transmission codes through plural identification circuits corresponding to the instruction of a timer control circuit and fixing the timer control circuit and a digitized part switching part while even one piece of the information of the identified result is fixed. SOLUTION: Identification circuits 12a, 12b, 12c and 12d recognize the kinds of transmission codes and confirm the synchronism of respective electric signals, and when the synchronism is established, a synchronism establish signal 120 is immediately transmitted to a timer control circuit 11 and a digitizing part 2. In the timer control circuit 11, a transmission line 100 and the identification circuits 12a-12d are physically switched, and when the synchronism is not established for the identification circuits 12a-12d at all, the identification circuits 12a-12d are switched for the unit of fixed time. Based on synchronizing information from the identification circuits, a digitizing part switching part 3 switches the digitizing part. |
