PLANT FOR COOLING NATURAL GAS AT COMPRESSOR STATION OF MAIN GAS LINE

FIELD: gas cooling units. SUBSTANCE: for cooling the gas flow, use is made of thermal pump which is provided with additional evaporator mounted on main gas pipe line before supercharger of gas-transfer unit and additional throttle valve fitted before additional evaporator in way of motion of cooling agent. Inlet of thermal pump compressor is connected to both evaporators, outside and inlet of tube space of thermal pump condenser being connected with consumer of thermal energy. Fitted on gas line after each cooling agent evaporator are temperature sensors whose outputs are connected to control device and outputs of control device are connected to actuating mechanisms of thermal pump valves which are used for automatic gas flow temperature control. EFFECT: reduced power requirements for compression of gas; recovery of secondary power resources due to connection of tube space of thermal pump condenser with thermal energy consumer.
