FIELD: environment control. SUBSTANCE: this is intended for liquidation of slicks of oil and oil products from surface of water basins and rivers and for collection of spilt oil. Device has load-bearing frame, rotating drum, pressing-off roller, pipeline for taking out collected oil, and floats. Installed on load-bearing frame are electric motor, multispeed reduction unit with lever for adjustment of rotation speed, and chute for collection and taking out pressed-off oil. Rotating drum is provided with shell seated over it. Shell is made of oleophilous and hydrophobic material which is easy to be pressed off. Pressing-off roller is mounted on auxiliary frame which is connected with load-bearing frame through adjustable pressing system. Pipeline for taking out collected oil is connected by one end with chute for collection and taking out pressed off oil, and by other end it is connected with additional vessel for storing of collected oil. Load-bearing frame is connected with floats through rods with locks. Aforesaid embodiment of device allows for its autonomous operation with stable productive capacity even at variable thickness of oil film on water surface and at changing ambient temperature.
