PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a splice removal device which causes a mail loss, in a filling machine in which a roll-shaped seal cap formed from an aluminum film is used. SOLUTION: First and second rolls 22, 23 are provided in a feed part of an aluminum film so that the levels of the rolls 22, 23 can be adjusted, and a dancer roll 26 is provided between the rolls 22, 23 so as to be raised or lowered, and a splice sensing means 31 and a stopper 30 of a film are mounted on the upstream side of the roll 22, so that a control is conducted to match a container to be sealed with the aluminum film, in which a cap is printed, keeping away a splice part. |
