摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent impregnability and dispersibility of continuous fiber reinforcing material by non-contact or contact type melt pultrusion molding reinforcing composition containing specific filler and specific continuous fiber reinforcing material. SOLUTION: Reinforcing composition containing 0.01 to 60 wt.% of filler having new Mohs' hardness of 4.0 or less as functional filler and 10 to 80 wt.% of reinforcing material having a mean size of 3 to 21μm as continuous fiber reinforcing material in thermoplastic resin is contact or non-contact type melt pultrusion molded. Thus, continuous fiber reinforced-thermoplastic resin structure in which the continuous fiber reinforcing material dispersed in a structure is uniformly wetted by thermoplastic resin composite containing the functional filler and the continuous fiber reinforcing material is aligned substantially in parallel in substantially the same length in a lengthwise direction of a continuous structure part is molded. As the thermoplastic resin, crystalline polyolefin resin is used, and as the functional filler, calcium carbonate is used.
