PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the degree of grinding a steel plate with high accuracy by adjusting the degree of pressing brush rollers on the steel plate. SOLUTION: Rotating brush rollers are pressed on a steel plate S by a motor M2 to grind the steel plate S and the degree of pressing by the motor M2 on the brush rollers is controlled by a controller C. While the brush rollers are grinding the steel plate S, the torque of a drive system 7 for rotating the brush rollers is measured and the controller C outputs a press command and a press-releasing command, based on the measured torque, such that the setting torque of the brush rollers B is made as a target value. |
