PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste toner recovery device constituted so that it does not obstruct the maintenance work of an image forming device and the damage of a recovery container is suppressed when the maintenance work of the image forming device is executed even in the case that the recovery container allowed to be deformed is used for the image forming device constituted so that process elements for forming an image are constituted as plural image forming units and the unit provided with a waste toner discharge part is moved in a direction that it is separated from the other unit. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with the recovery container 3 provided with an aperture part 3a attached to the waste toner discharge port 1 of a cleaning device 2 and allowed to be deformed and a rigid frame 4 housing the container 3 inside. Then, the frame 4 is constituted so that the turning part 4a thereof is inserted on a condition that the aperture part 3a of the container 3 is attached to the port 1 and it can be turned with the port 1 as a center. Thus, the container 3 is protected from external force and the posture thereof is kept constant. |
