PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniquely manage a software based on a licence and to attain the efficiency of work required for the distribution by automatically down- loading the desired software in a started processor within the range of the licence. SOLUTION: A licence managing means 17 obtains identifying information registered in a loading object table 14 as against a processor where a start is identified by an start identifying means 16 within the plural processors 12-1 to N. It is discriminated whether or not more than one remaining number registered in a licence table 15 exists concerning the specified software which is indicated by the identifying information. When the discriminating result is correct, a down-loading means 18 down-loads the software with a network 11, which is indicatd by identifying information obtained by the licence managing means 17 within the softwares which are registered in a software database 13, in the processor whose start is identified by the start identifying means 16. |
