PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent heater which eliminates a temperature control circuit or the like and has a power source part and a control part. SOLUTION: On a thin base 1 having a transparent film resistor heated by current supply, a thin insulation layer 3 is arranged at a predetermined interval, a first electrode 4 is further arranged on the insulation layer 3, a power control part 5 is provided among the electrode 4, the insulation layer 3 and the base 1, and is spaced and disposed apart from the first electrode 4, and with a second electrode 7 formed on a film resistor 2 of the base 1, a transparent heater is constituted. Temperature control of the film resistor 2 is performed by a current control of the power control part 5. |
