PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter, a receiver, a communication equipment, a communication method and a communication system or the like capable of unitarily processing digital data through the use of common data transfer lines, multiplexers, or distributers. SOLUTION: Digital data sent via a data transfer path 3 from pluralities of external devices 21, 29, 37, 45, 53, 61 that conduct data exchange at respective specific transmission rates are multiplexed and the multiplexed data are transmitted to an external network. On the other hand, the multiplexed data received from the external network are distributed through demultiplexing and the distributed digital data are received by a concerned device among the external devices 21, 29, 37, 45, 53, 61 via the data transfer line 3. Then the digital data whose transmission rates differ from each other are communicated through the common data transfer line 3. |
