Benzothiazolone derivatives of general formula (I) including their optically active isomers, wherein X is -SO2NH- or -NHSO2-, p, q and r independently are 2 or 3, Y is thienyl, optionally substituted by C1-6 alkyl or halogen and each R independently is H or C1-6 alkyl or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters or amides of these derivatives. Disclosed are also their production methods, intermediates for their production, their use and pharmaceutical compositions containing them.
