Stand and tensioning device

The holders are tensioned and fixed by built-in oil gas compression or oil gas tensile springs (4,17). One of the compression springs contained in the stand device after release presses an overlapping end fixing member between the floor (1) and ceiling (2) or wall whilst substantially compensating the tension width. The stand comprises one or more hollow profiled sections (3,5) of different diameter and having inside open grooves through which the support elements (9) are guided and connected to support members (23) inside the section. The base of the stand can have an inclined plane for guiding a cycle into a parking position.
