<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally reuse steam obtained in a solvent separation process to prevent a waste of desorbing steam. SOLUTION: This solvent recovery method has an adsorption process for feeding solvent vapor containing gas A to an adsorbent K, a desorption process for feeding desorbing steam S to the adsorbent K, and a solvent separation process for separating solvent contents Yt, Ym from steam S' made in a state in which solvent vapor Y' is contained therein in the desorbing process. In this case, steam generated from condensate w" of steam of low solvent concentration on the side in which the solvent contents Yt, Ym are removed in the solvent separation process or steam of low solvent concentration itself on the side in which solvent contents are removed therefrom in the solvent separation process is used as starting steam St, and on starting the desorption process, prior to the feed of the desorbing steam S, the starting steam St is fed to an adsorbent K, and after that, the feed of the starting steam St is stopped and the feed of the desorbing steam S to the adsorbent K is started.</p> |
