Method of plastic working and/or strip coating of metal material subjected to plastic working with lubricant materials ranging from solid to pasty, where strip metal material (19) undergoing plastic working enters pressure chamber (14) through at least one inlet nozzle (20) and leaves it through at least one exhaust nozzle (21), characterised by that lubricant material (18; 28) ranging from solid to pasty is placed into pressure chamber (14) and that lubricant material (18; 28) ranging from solid to pasty placed into pressure chamber (14) is exposed to pressure being exerted from the outside while pressure and temperature connection being used remains always outside the range of pressure and temperature connections in which lubricant material (18; 28) being used is in fluid state and gets set and/or adjusts pressure in pressure chamber (14). 12. Device for plastic working and/or strip coating of metal material (19) subjected to plastic working with lubricant material (18; 28) ranging from solid to pasty, consisting of pressure chamber (14), at least one inlet nozzle (20) and at least one exhaust nozzle (21), through which material (19) passes while undergoing plastic working, characterised by that it is designed to use at least one supply channel (8; 9) to insert lubricant material (18; 28) ranging from solid to pasty, and additionally to use equipment (1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 10; 11; 12; 13) for exerting pressure on lubricant material (18; 28) ranging from solid to pasty inserted into pressure chamber (14) and at least one piece of equipment (1; 17) for setting and/or adjusting that pressure to values below the range of pressure and temperature connection, in which solid to pasty lubricant material turns into fluid state. |
