An arrangement for positionally securing a clamp structure on a hose-like member (10) in the partially tightened preassembled condition in which a cut-out (22, 23) is provided in one or on both sides of the clamping band (20) and the hose-like member (10) is provided with knub-like projections (13, 14) of a shape and location complementary to engage in the cut-outs.
