The device has a socket body (2) with a movably attached fixing body (10) to hold the fitting in a fitting socket (15) and which is movable from an inner rest position to an outer operating position using an adjuster (6), thereby fitting onto the inner surface of the fitting socket with its outer side. The fixing body can be moved from the operating position back to the rest position, thus detaching from the inner surface of the fitting socket. The drawer-like fixing body is a radially sliding fit inside an aperture (9) in the socket body. |
