SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new triazolyl-substituted compounds of tertiary amine of the formula (I) <EMI ID=0.341 HE=15 WI=39 TI=CHI> where A - a simple bond; B - lower alkyl, group (a) <EMI ID=0.342 HE=18 WI=21 TI=CHI>, naphthyl, pyridyl, thienyl, thiazolyl, benzotriazolyl, quinolyl, benzofurazanyl or benzothiazolyl that can be substituted with halogen or alkyl; D - a ring group (b) <EMI ID=0.343 HE=18 WI=21 TI=CHI> or benzofurazanyl; E - a ring 4H-1,2,4-triazolyl or 1H-1,2,4-triazolyl; R<SP>1</SP> - - H, halogen, cyano-, nitro-group, CF<SB>3</SB>, lower alkyl or alkoxy; R<SP>2</SP> - is hydrogen or halogen; R<SP>3</SP> - - halogen, cyano-, nitro-group, CF<SB>3</SB> or amino-group at condition that if both R and R are chlorine atom then A - methylene group.
