The element (5) has alternating elastomeric conductive layers (10) and reinforcement layers (11) superimposed with each other. The patches of the reinforcement layer consist of a wire grid (12), where the wire grid is formed of carbon, stainless steel or tungsten fibers made of an alloy of iron and nickel. An actuator (4) is arranged on a lower surface (16) of the element. The alloy of iron and nickel is Invar(RTM: nickel/iron compositions).
