PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of blocking in the case when an ink sheet is formed in a roll or a laminate, by forming a layer of a set material formed by crosslinking and setting specific polydimethyl siloxane with a peroxide. CONSTITUTION:A layer of a material made by crosslinking and setting polydimethyl siloxane expressed by a general formula (I) with a peroxide is formed preferably 0.02-1mum thick on the side of an ink sheet whereon a quantity of heat is impressed. In the formula, (n) is 0-6,000. The peroxide to be used is preferably diacyl-peroxide such as benzoyl peroxide. When the layer of the set material of polydimethyl siloxane expressed by the general formula (I) is formed on the side of the ink sheet whereon a quantity of heat is impressed, the compound and the peroxide as they are, or those diluted with an appropriate inactive solvent, are formed on the ink sheet and crosslinked and set. The inactive solvent to be used on the occasion is preferably of a boiling point 50-150 deg.C in terms of workability. |
