A frame (2) accommodating a boot (2) has several rollers (4), also an additional roller (5) at the front and/or rear end in a housing (7) protruding beyond the frame. The roller (6) slides in this housing and against spring action from a lower position into an upper one, and can do so in a direction at right angles or nearly so to the plane through the axes of the main rollers (4), while its amount of movement can be limited. There can be a brake block sliding in the housing and spring-loaded against the roller. Movement of the roller in the housing increases or decreases the braking effect.
