摘要 1. Calender for treating a moving web of paper, particularly for production of paper for deep printing comprising loaded from upper system of rolls, said rolls being hard and soft, part of which may heat up, wherein at least one end roll is bendable and two adjacent rolls are soft, characterized in that a system rolls (2- 9) comprises 8 rolls, wherein 2 adjacent rolls are arranged in the middle of the row. 2. Calender according to Claim 1, characterized in that upper and lower rolls (2, 9) may heat up. 3. Calender according to Claim 1, characterized in that soft rolls (3, 5, 6, 8) are plastic coated (22) 4. Calender according to Claim 3, characterized in that plastic coating (22) is made of a material compression strength of which not exceed 60 N/mm<2>. 5. Calender according to Claims 3 and 4, characterized in that said plastic coating (22) is made of reinforced fibrous epoxy resin. 6. Calender according to Claim 1, characterized in that all rolls (2-9) are provided with a drive (21). 7. Calender according to Claim 1, characterized in that all rolls (2-9) are enclosed in a housing (31). 8. Process for treating a web of paper comprising the feed of a paper web between a calender rolls, and including heat up of hard rolls and creation of compression strength between a pair of rolls, characterized in that the average temperature value of outer surface of said rolls, average value of compression strength of rolls and the time for passing of the paper web through all pairs of rolls ate taken so as to meet the condition: Zg = 1.378 - 0.00356xT - (0.00825 - 5.12x10<-5>xT) xp - [0.039 + (0.188 - 0.00112xT) x p x e<-0.421 t> = 0.8 ... 0.9 wherein T - average temperature value of rolls outer surface heating (in degree C); p - compression strength on the rolls surface (in N/mm<2>); t - time for passing of the paper web through all pairs of rolls (in ms). 9. Process according to Claim 8, characterized in that at least for one pair of rolls time is set for passing of the paper web between rolls, at least 0.1 ms, temperature of hard rolls outer surface, at least, 100 degree C, and working compression strength on the surface of said hard rolls, at least, 42 N/mm<2>. 10. Process according to Claim 8, characterized in that at least for one pair of rolls time is set for passing of the paper web between rolls maximum 0.9 ms, temperature of hard rolls outer surface maximum 150 degree C, and working compression strength on the surface of said hard rolls maximum 60 N/mm<2>. 11. Process according to Claims 8-10 characterized in that said conditions are valid for all 6 pairs of rolls comprised of hard and soft rolls.
