PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the press-in work of a female terminal, and miniaturize a connector by inserting a terminal part, which is bent downward, into a through hole of a board, to which a connector housing is fixed. SOLUTION: Each part 11g, 11g, which is bent downward, of female terminals 11A, 11B inserted into through holes 3c of a board 3 can be seen from outside of a surface 3a of a board 3 through a side opening 15c of each cavity 15b provided in a housing 15a of a card edge connector 15. When each fixed contact part 11a of each female terminal 11A, 11B is pushed by a press-in jig 6 from a side S through the side opening 15c of the cavity 15b provided in the housing 15a, an upper end 11d and a lower end 11e of the fixed contact part 11a can be vertically pressed into a space between an inner surface of an upper wall 15f and a lower wall 15d of the cavity 15b through the side opening 15c, and the press-in work is facilitated. |
