PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a similar processing in one device for the processing performed in plural devices. SOLUTION: In a customer registration part contract part 62, a program that a customer contracts is selected from the program list of a program data base 1. Then, from a customer data base 74, a customer ID corresponding to the customer who contracts the program is read. A corresponding terminal ID is included in the customer ID and the plural terminal IDs can be made to correspond to one customer ID. Then, the read terminal ID and program information are transferred to a contract data base 75 and stored. A ciphered contract information generation and transmission part 82 reads stored contract information from the contract data base 75 and reads an individual key corresponding to the terminal ID provided in the information from a terminal data base 73. By the individual key, the contract information is ciphered and the ciphered contract information is transferred to a multiplexer 7. In such a manner, the plural pieces of the information are related and stored in the respective data bases, and when they are successively read as needed, required information is read. |
