PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize an electronic device for temperature detection which is adaptive to a low source voltage and has small variance in detected temperature at low cost by connecting the input terminal of an electronic control means which has a negative temperature coefficient of its input threshold voltage to the output terminal of a voltage supply means which has a positive temperature coefficient of its output voltage. SOLUTION: This electronic device 12 for temperature detection consists of a voltage supply device 10 and a control unit 11. A power switch 13 is composed of an MOSFET 16. The electronic device 12, the power switch 13, and the control part 14 of the power switch 13 constitute a heating and protecting function incorporated type electronic switch device 100. The voltage supply device 10 is constituted by connecting a resistance 15 and the drain terminal and gate terminal of the MOSFET 16. The control unit 11, on the other hand, is constituted by further connecting a polysilicon resistance 18 in series to a polysilicon diode group 17 where diodes are connected in series. |
