The hydraulic impact device assembled on a drill comprises a drill with an upper assembly plate (1) which is connected to an external rotating motor. A guide tube (2) is assembled to the plate. Underneath is a rotating joint (3) for blowing air and a rotating hydraulic joint (4) which supplies the hydraulic rock breaker (8) fitted in the support tube (7). A lateral impact distributor bar (9) transmits impacts to perpendicular rods (12). These rods pass through drill coils (10) and are equipped with wedges (14) in contact with the ground. The central rod is equipped with a control wedge (15). The impact device avoids the pressure required by passive drill spikes.
