<p>The invention concerns an implant for the controlled release of at least one pharmaceutically active principle comprising: a core containing at least an active principle; and a sheath enclosing said core, characterised in that said sheath consists of at least a polymeric film applied around said core. The invention also concerns a method for preparing such an implant, characterised in that it consists in making a core containing at least an active principle, in preparing at least a polymeric film, in applying said polymeric film(s) around said core, by juxtaposing and/or superposing them, and in sterilising the resulting implant.</p> |
