PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a job support without having an adverse effect upon a way of an organization which is based on instructions from a boss by deciding whether a numerical value of lending and borrowing by a product transaction remains to be original, is subtracted or the transaction is prohibited. SOLUTION: The first judgment means 12 judges the degree of association between the provider and the provided of products when a transaction request of a product is issued. The second judgment means 13 judges the scale of the transaction when the transaction request is issued. A decision means 14 follows the results of the first and the second judgment means 12 and 13 and decides whether it leaves a numerical value of lending and borrowing original, subtracts all or part of the numerical value or prohibits the product transaction itself. An update means 15 follows the decision result of the decision means 14 and updates recording data of a recording means 11. The second decision means 16, when a registration request of an object product for transaction is issued, decides whether it permits the registration of the product or not. |
