PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb a transmission delay time difference on a salve station-side and to prevent inconvenience at the time of switching a transmission line by inserting delay data measured in the delay time measuring part of a master station device into down data, receiving it in a slave station device, detecting delay data, holding '0' system delay data and '1' system delay data and selecting either data so as to control the transmission timing of up data. SOLUTION: The frame synchronous pulse of outgoing data, which is received in a synchronism detection part 202 via a '0' system transmission line, is detected. A synchronous counter 203 is reset by the timing and counting is executed at every frame. The frame synchronous pulse of outgoing data, which is received via a '1' system transmission line, is detected. A comparison part 204 compares the timing with the output timing of the synchronous counter 203 and the delay time difference of a reception side is obtained. The output timing of the synchronous counter 203 is shifted by the received delay time difference from the next frame receiving a switch request signal and the delay time difference of the reception side at the time of switching the system is adjusted. |
