<p>A gear mechanism has a gear rack (1), with a bi-directional toothing, two toothed segments (2, 3) and three synchronising toothed wheels (4, 5, 6). Relations between parametrum of toothing, a number of teeth and lift of the gear rack are defined so as to provide the mechanism with a smooth operation and to prevent the toothed segments during (de)engaging thereof at the end positions of the rack's lift from a collision. The basic parametrum is the one regarding a value of the rack's lift (L), separation radius of the segment ro and number of teeth per a half perimeter of the segment nz which should be considered.</p> |
