The invention refers to an electronic device for signalling alarm triggering in case of break-in, fire or disasters, in any place and especially in remote, isolated places, where mobile telephony is available. The signalling electronic device, according to the invention, includes one or two timing circuits (A and B) and a socket (21) which can have two connecting contacts with the contacts of the "redial" key ("OK") of the cellular (mobile) telephone, or can take over its phone connection; the entire device is powered from a stabilised voltage source or a very low power battery. The device can be connected, through any type of mobile telephone, to any alarm system, for the purpose of triggering the alarm system in case of break-in, fire or disasters in any isolated place or in places where there are no traditional landlines, but mobile telephony is available.
