FIELD: medicine; treatment of nephrolithiasis and cholelithiasis. SUBSTANCE: generator has hollow cylindrical inductor with metal casing installed axially symmetric reflector coaxially with the latter. Generator also includes acoustic line and discharging circuit with capacitive storage and controllable discharger to which inductor coil is connected. Inductor is secured inside reflector by means of dielectric flange. It may be positioned coaxially with reflector. Generating line of reflector operating surface in polar system of coordinates with center at geometric focus point is described by expression <EMI ID=0.124 HE=9 WI=75 TI=CHI>, where r is distance from focus to point on reflector surface; d is inductor external diameter; f is distance from focus to plane of reflector outlet hole; L is reflector height.
