SUBSTANCE: jack is essentially an articulate lever four-link mechanism with screw passing in diagonal and connected with drive handle. Handle can be set by turning relative to axis square to axis of screw. Nut with angle fixing installed on end of screw at handle side permits setting of axial position of end of screw engaging with stop on handle during assembly to provide operating position of handle strictly parallel to screw axis for convenience in operation.
