The system includes two similar compartment bags. A belt loop is attached to one side of each compartment bag. An adjustable belt passes through each compartment bag belt loop. A pair of adjustable shoulder straps each has distal ends attached to opposite sides of each compartment bag, respectively. An adjustable flexible binding is slidably mounted to the shoulder straps to position the adjustable shoulder straps together adjacent the upper back of a user when worn over the user's shoulders.
