PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire featuring no radiation toward the sky and ease of mounting and dismounting of its light source, enclosing light regulating members such as a louver having a desired size and structure in a globe, and has a structure that the globe is hardly broken. SOLUTION: On a supporting part 1b of a base body having a mounting part 1a at its lower end, the supporting part 1b at its center and at least one pair of arms standing up from the supporting part 1b, a bottom face having a lower opening is provided; a bottom face of a bowl-like transmissive globe 2 having an open upper end is contacted to the supporting part 1b, paced and fixed in between the arms; an inversed bowl-like shading cover 3 which forms a globe G in combination with the transmissive globe 2 is attached to the arms. A recessed groove can be formed on the side of the transmissive globe as needed and the arms can be interfitted with the recessed ditch with their outside surfaces being flush with the globe 2 adjacent to them. |
