PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for collecting and culturing a biological sample, not requiring maintenance work even if stored over a long period until the sample is dividedly collected after packing a culture medium into the container, in a biological sample dividedly collecting and culturing container comprising connecting to a biological sample separator, recovering a biological sample and culturing the biological sample. SOLUTION: This container comprises an outer cylinder 1 providing a quick disconnector 7 at one end and having aeration membrane at other end, an inner cylinder 2 provided in the outer cylinder 1, a plunger 3 movably installed through a seal ring 4 in the inner cylinder 2 and an aeration seal 5 made of silicone rubber and fixed to a through hole provided in the center part of the plunger 3, and the container is connected through the quick disconnector 7 to the biological sample separator, and the plunger 3 is moved by liquid pressing of the device and the biological sample is recovered into the inner cylinder and the biological sample is cultured.
