SOLUTION: A sender side post office Mt reads contents to be displayed on an envelope such as an address described on address paper Pa and contents of a document put in the envelope, converts the contents into image data Dv, transmits the image data Dv to a receiver side post office Mr, the receiver side post office Mr prints out the received image data Dv on envelope paper Pe and text paper Pd and generates automatically an envelope mail Po from the printed envelope paper Pe and text paper Pd. |
