SUBSTANCE: running track has endless drive belt, starter, contacts connected in series one with another along sides of base below belt and connected with starter, which provides side safety by switching off electric engine. Running track provides front safety by wireless direct control method. Front and side electromagnetic radiation sensors are positioned in antifriction base.
