PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a de-scrambling reliability by checking an ID error by using a bit value of a certain area of ID used at a time of data de-scrambling and operating data cue-scrambling after correction of the ID error when an error exists. SOLUTION: A whole data error correction part 66 reads basic block data from a memory 22 under a control of a memory control part 70 and corrects errors, and outputs the data to a 2nd ID error correction part 80. When the data outputted from the whole data error correction part 66 are inputted, the 2nd ID correction part 80 sets bit values B7-B4 of ID data as descrambling initial values. If there is no change in a data block, the 2nd ID correction part holds the bit values at ID data values of the present data block, and if there is any change, it checks the ID and judges whether or not the ID has successive errors, and controls so that the basic blocks become continuous based on the initial values, and improves descrambling reliability of a de-scrambler 68 of the following stage.
|
