摘要 The device includes a number of laser diodes (7) and a light source (1) which generates an excitation beam applied to the laser diodes. A signal generator (2) controls the bias current of the light source. A waveguide grating (3) generates a reference wavelength which is transmitted to an optical coupler (10) with optical fibre. A temperature regulator controls the temperature of the waveguide. The reference wavelength signal is divided into input and transmission signals. An optical detector (4) detects an error signal whose bias currents are evaluated by a number of amplifiers (5).
