The apparatus has a yaw movement variable identification device to identify a yaw movement variable which is currently generated in the vehicle. A vehicle drive condition information identification apparatus identifies vehicle condition information as well as the yaw movement variables. A target yaw movement variable computing device calculates a target yaw movement variable on the basis of the vehicle drive condition information. A vehicle stop condition determining device determines whether the vehicle has stopped on the basis of the vehicle drive condition information. A regulator carries out a regulation of the yaw movement variable so that an identified yaw movement variable matches the target yaw movement variable. The regulator has a regulation to cancel the regulation of the variable when it is determined that the vehicle has stopped.
