Card index rider sheet

The card index rider sheet consists of a self-adhesive foil sheet and a cover sheet, and also a separate writing sheet. The foil sheet is divided into sectors by cutting lines. The cover sheet has sectors (5) divided by cutting lines. The writing sheet includes tabs (12) for writing on, which are separated by perforation lines. For use as a rider (6) a sector of the cover sheet is replaced by a tab and taken off the rider sheet with a sector of it. The foil sector (8) can then be glued to a file card, and the projecting part (9) can be folded over the tab.
