PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce numbers of parts of a sealing packing between cases, in which a pair of the cases is joined at the peripheral part to compose an electrolytic cell. SOLUTION: An electrolytic cell is constituted by joining a pair of the cases 2, 3 providing projectly housing grooves 9 on facing surfaces to each other at the peripheral parts, electrode plates 4, 8 and diaphram bodies 5, 7 at respective one side are successively laminated and arranged from the groove bottoms of the housing grooves 9 and an electrode plate 6 at the other side is arranged between these diaphram bodies 5, 7 to partition and form two pairs of electrolysis rooms. In this electrolytic cell, a packing 19 for sealing between the cases 2, 3 is provided at a position of the circumference of the electrode plate 6 at the other side and also a seal part 20 for sealing the diaphram is integrally formed. |
