<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute load on all moving stations executing communication by switching moving stations (clock masters) emitting a synchronous radio wave at prescribed timing at the time of executing communication between moving stations. SOLUTION: A clock master gives a switching request to moving stations in a slave mode (S52) when a station in use satisfies the condition that a clock master witching request can be transmitted because of deterioration of capability as a clock master (S51). Then, in response to the switching request, a moving station in the slave mode, which satisfies the condition of a clock master switching response transmission and has the maximum capability as a clock master, makes response to the switching request (S56 and S57). Thus, the present clock master becomes a moving station in the slave mode (S54) and the moving station in the slave mode becomes a new clock master (S58).</p> |
