PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a woody product which is near natural wood in a touch such as a feel or the like while a pattern near a grain of the natural wood is provided by a method wherein a cellulose impalpable powder particle forming a globular shape of a specific diameter, resin, and pigment are mixed, the mixed material is melted, and molded in a required shape. SOLUTION: A cellulose impalpable powder particle 11, pigment 10, and resin are mixed, and the mixed material is melted. By molding the mixed material in a required shape by melting, a wood feel can be given to the molded product. Since the pigment 10 flows especially in extrusion molding or injection molding, in addition to the wood feel, a moire pattern very near to a natural moire is formed on a surface of a woody product. Further, the cellulose impalpable powder particle 11 forms a globular shape of 1 to 100μm diameter. Since any ciliary shaped protruded part does not exist, expansion and contraction owing to adsorption or discharge of water and solvent as conventional wood powder presents, become very little. Therefore, such the woody product is very excellent in dimensional stability. |
